It seems that NTT DoCoMo has the monopoly on Bravia phones in Japan as the latest Sony Ericsson mobile TV phone, the SO903iTV is coming out bearing the mobile service provider’s flag. This latest handset for NTT DoCoMo comes with a 3 inch 240 x 432 pixel LCD screen and is able to produce a 16:9 ratio picture. This handset uses the latest Bravia Engine for Mobile Phones, developed by Sony in tandem with Sony Ericsson. Aside from being able to recieve Mobile TV service, you can record video on the internal memory or external memory via microSD expansion slot. This clamshell phone sports a 2 megapixel camera, Felica, GPS, 3G roaming capabilities, and a document viewer.
